First we start with a complimentary fitness evaluation.  This is where you speak with a certified personal trainer and discuss not only your goals, but any health concerns or previous injuries.  This will allow us to properly and safely guide you on your fitness journey.

Engaging in a holistic approach, your personal trainer starts by assessing where you are and where you want to be.  Whether you want to increase your lean muscle mass, improve core strength or just increase flexibility. Personal training a great way to get results quickly, efficiently and safely while keeping you committed and motivated.

We also offer group personal training programs which are a great way for couples to get in shape for an upcoming wedding, family vacation or even a Spartan race.

All of our fitness facilities have a dedicated personal training area.  These personal training areas contain all of the tools necessary to help you reach your goals.  From kettlebells to astro turf sprinting tracks and much more.
